  Kevin spent so much time helping us find the perfect home for me and my family. He is always available and ready to look at possible homes, talk through the details of the homes, and be there with you every step of the way. He is patient, kind, caring, and really understanding. As someone who asks a lot of questions, he always made me feel comfortable to ask more and took the time to explain things to me. That being said, my wife is the complete opposite and Kevin was able to work with and appease both personalities. I have already recommended Kevin to my brother and he also just purchased a home with Kevin. You can't go wrong with him - he truly is amazing.

  We had the pleasure of working with Kevin Toll to buy our first home. We were using two Realtors when we first contacted Kevin about a listing through a real estate website about a property available. It was a Friday afternoon and he was able to show us the house on Saturday morning along with two other houses in the same town. We were impressed with his responsiveness and decided to include him as one of our primary Realtors. It didn't take long for Kevin to become our only Realtor. He was always responsive, was able to get us into see properties on short notice, and was willing to work around our schedule for showings. He showed us 30+ properties over several months and never pressured us once. In fact, he listened to our feedback and provided direction by recommending a neighborhood that we were not previously considering. And when we finally made an offer on a home in that neighborhood, he provided sound advice that not only saved us money, but also closed the deal quickly. Kevin also did not take a transactional approach. After the closing, he remained in touch and helped resolve an issue that popped up. Kevin is an honest and personable individual with excellent market knowledge. We will definitely be recommending him in the future.
